Contacts

Harding County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, obtain or release an official record, post bond, or arrange someone’s release. Contact the agency or facility that holds the record directly.

Official Records Routes

Harding County has no detention facility and no verified public county roster. Start a local booking-record inquiry with the Harding County Sheriff's Office, then ask whether it holds the requested material or can identify the receiving facility. The Sheriff lists no separate records line, request form, booking-photo fee, or office hours. Central Dispatch is a routing contact, not a records unit.

Use the following separate routes for the type of record involved. A court file does not establish custody of a booking photograph, and a receiving facility should be contacted only after the destination is confirmed.

  • For a focused booking-photo or booking-sheet request, use the Sheriff contact above and the Harding County records overview. Ask who maintains the record and whether a receiving facility was involved.
  • For general county public records, the County Clerk is at 35 Pine Street, PO Box 1002, Mosquero, NM 87733, phone (575) 673-2927. Its inspection hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with copying fees. The Clerk’s information does not establish custody of Sheriff booking photos.
  • For a later court case, contact Roy Magistrate Court, 355 Chicosa Street, Roy, NM 87743, phone (575) 485-2549, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or use New Mexico Case Lookup. Court records and booking records are separate.
  • For a confirmed San Miguel receiving-facility inquiry, the documented conditional contact is San Miguel Detention Center, 26 NM 283, Las Vegas, NM 87701, phone (505) 454-7403. Do not treat it as a Harding County jail.
  • For a state-custody record or photo, use the New Mexico Corrections Department offender search. For a federal or immigration custody question, use the appropriate BOP or ICE locator rather than a county booking route.
  • For an active-warrant question, contact the issuing court or a law-enforcement custodian. The Wanted Fugitives page explains the official check-and-resolve approach.
